Here is a picture from a meeting last week of the world’s tallest man, 7′ 9″ Bao Xishun, and the world’s smallest man, 2′ 4″ He Pingping, both of whom happen to hail from Inner Mongolia. You may remember when Bao was in the news back in December, when he saved two dolphins by using his super long arms to reach down and retrieve plastic shards that had lodged in their stomachs.
